A seminar hall is essentially a place where assigned readings are discussed, questions can be raised and debates can be conducted. It is relatively informal, at least compared to the lecture system of academic exercises. 500 years back Francis Bacon, British Scholar of the 16th Century had emphasized on the importance of the exchange of ideas and thoughts and this idea has emerged into one of the most indispensable parts of higher education which is implemented through seminars. Seminar Hall is one of the major assets of an institution. MIET has made every effort in setting-up a Seminar Hall which is fully equipped in every aspect.

All of these are used not only by the professors and the students of MIET but also by the external personas that come to give presentation in our college.
