With such a vision bubbling within, Badal Deb Memorial Educational Foundation has set up Modern Institute of Engineering & Technology (MIET) in a spacious and attractive campus at Rajhat, Bandel, Dist. Hooghly. The institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and affiliated to West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). The institute conducts the following Degree Engineering courses:

4 years B. Tech. Degree courses in :-

2. Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE)
3. Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (AEIE)
4. Electrical Engineering (EE)
5. Civil Engineering (CE)

6. Mechanical Engineering ( ME)
